The Universities and Colleges in Canada are governed by MTCU ( Ministry of training, colleges and universities). They have set guidelines when it comes to International Tuition fees. So if you are looking for a cheap school, Sorry there aren't any.
Saying that, there are still provinces like Quebec, Nova Scotia, Labrador and New Newfoundland that have lower tuition rates then other province.
Living conditions are tougher, climate is unpredictable and Jobs are scares.
