Pls post cheap universities for graduate programs to help new students

Hi, so far i have not come across a topic which can help new students in selecting a university, So i thought i should make one.
The main priority of many students especially from Pakistan is, the university should be cheap and offers a good program in minimal fee's.
So here i request all seniors to advise your experiences with different universities and their the response time and specially enlist cheap universities along with their fee structure.
 
Check university of Alberta. Fees is affordable and is one of the best universities of Canada.
 
Those provinces which have less population as compare to their area, those unis are more cheap than the others.
Like unis in new bruniswick, newfoundland and nova scotia province.
 
University of Saskatchewan, University of Alberta and Waterloo (i guess)
 
agreed wid Sasketchwan and Alberta but Waterloooooooooooooo... its one of the most expensive uni of canada...
 
I hear from some one so that's why i was not confirmed about waterloo

I think uSaskatchewan is the least expensive university. As mentioned by Jabir S M, provinces/city where population is less tends to charge less tuition fee.
 
How much they are charging for 1 YR program and for which program.

In my personal experience

University of Saskatchewan
University of Regina
Memorial university

are least expensive and charges not more then around 12 CAD/YR for management master programs.

can someone give any rough idea about one years total expenses for different universities?

It can start from $5000/year and can go upto $30,000/year
 
what about minimum fee for PG certificate/diploma in IT and at what university / college?
