When you actually apply for PR, you need to have your IELTS result and WES evaluation available with you. You will be required to enter the IELTS marksheet number and WES evaluation record number in the application.
The score calculator is a tool where you can enter your actual details if you have it with you OR details that you think you will have. For example if you have IELTS results with you, input your actual numbers. If not, then you must have entered what you think you will get. Same goes for education evaluation. You must have selected what you think you will be assessed by WES. The score calculator is used to understand what your score will be at the end of application submission.
