With an unemployment rate of 8.7% in Alberta, it’s unlikely IRCC would be approving any TFW for Alberta for a while.

They will only employ a foreigner if they can't find a Canadian to do the job. Somehow I doubt that it is impossible to recruit a local to work in a supermarket unless it is some niche marketing or IT role.
