samy77: This is the only immigration sector got 'abused' too much and now we have been suffering! I understand you frustartion and at the same time I think 5 year bar for sponsored person is good. so that they can think twice about doing any bad decision. People are so greedy they will take few thousand dollar and sponsor someone to bring over and that person willl come here and sponsor other person for money! Did you ever think about it ? How to stop those frauds ? Do you have any 'great' idea yet ? This is abuse? Right ? Thanks.

yes u r completely right at some point , but the thing is as well why then the interviews r exsists for if u think that 5 years bar its faire enough why dont they a lie detectors as they do with witnesses in the courts anyway since they dont want a fraud marriage would be around as well .....u get what i mean ???

Interview does not guarantee a fake relation all the time. The person being sponsored may have something in mind that a sponsor even does not know - what have happened in the past. Especially one case (an Indian couple) was broadcasted in the electronic media. Like the marriage was real but the sponsored person never met his wife in Vancouver rather he disappeared from Airport in Toronto. So look at the back angles too of the cases of fraud. It is mostly sponsor's responsibility to make a real relation. A VO can never see thru their relation in an interview of few mins. Its just screening the real couple in stead of fake couple. Fake couple always coming in this country either was or other. Right ?
