I have a question ı from mexico my wife is from newyork american ı did married 2012 and ı moved canada ı did apply her permenentresıdance she have a daughter but she give daughter another famıly adopted when her daughter 2 years old she gıve adopted her daughter other famıly 2003 when ı apply permenent resıdent my wıfe daughter is my famıly member or not or do ı need ınclude her daughter thank u

If the daughter was legally adopted, she in no longer your wife's daughter.
If she was given to another family to just live with them, and not legally adopted, put her on the application

Sarah is correct . If legally adopted you have severed legal ties and that child will never be eligible for sponsor by her biological family. If not legal then you need to include under unaccompaning minor
