Hi, my sister petitioned my mom and cic ask us to pay for my mom's landed fee and give us 30days to pay for the fee, we pay the landed fee 3days after we received the letter and send the letter and the receipt coming from the bank througn express post and we even mailed it registered for us to track if cic got the letter but eventually cic didnt received it yet we called canada post almost everyday where's the letter now but they keep on telling us that there's already a person responsible for tracking our letter... our concern is that the content of that letter is time sensitive and must reach cic on the 19th of this month and if worst comes to worst can we call cic and tell them what happened to the letter? will they entertain our call? pls help.... thnks in advance =)

if you have second copy on hand much better just send another copy and make sure to send it with tracking number.
