i dont understand then why my consultant makes it a large issue and emphasis on getting new ref. letter or to withdraw application and apply as fresh. They says their client had same issue and rejection came

Theie job is to make money out of your fear i am not saying all but some consultants are like that. You are good to proceed with an LOE and that is it, don't listen to him just tell him to attach a LOE and explain your issue. All the best.
