hi evry one please if some one can help me i need cic number call i need to call them to ask about why my application take to long i just do all thing and nothing is missed i redo my medical test 1 month and half ago with police record but till noiw i dont hear any thing the visa office dont give me any respod i sent emails to the but no respond so i need to call the cic maby i get any thing so pls if some one can give me the right number...thnx in edvice

The number I have for CIC is the Customer Service. You can check your application status there. It's a canadian number: 1-888-242-2100. Select the option to check your status ans you should be put though someone.

Don't know exactly what is your timeline but unfortunately getting visa takes time. All the best!

ok i have 15 month from the first day i sent my application and & year from the first time they get at the visa office in paris

If you have been approved as a sponsor ( or your sponsor has been approved) in CIC and your application is in PAris VO, then I am not sure that it would help calling CIC - they only handle the first part of the application, and the rest is up to the VO....
Paris VO timeline is 8 months, so if it has been more than 8 months since they received your application, then you can call them and ask for news. If your application has been received in paris less than 8 months ago, then you need to wait unfortunately, there is not much you can do about that.

its over a year from the day they recive at paris they recive june 2011 i do my interview jannery 2012 and it was good and redo my medical test last june so its over a month now and nothing yet
