I am not an expert but what i understand is even if aplication is rejected from Visa Office due to not meeting "Ministerial Instuctions" (one of the reason could be that not performed required duties as mentioned in NOC occupation description) then Processing Fee as well as RPRF fee (if paid any) is fully refunded.

I will talk to my boss regarding the reference letter and duties in the new year. And I am planning to apply and see.

Thanks a lot for the suggestions,

I do not think I would be able to get anything mentioned about budgeting in my duties. As you've suggested, the duties like 'Designing and devloping solutions' may not be that good to be included , though I have done it (I can add this under software Engineer role I have done).

I kindly invite you to suggest, How the above duties, I have mentioned should be modified (or rather what points should be taken away) to make the visa officer more impressive to improve my chance of approval.

please suggest. I badly need to get through this and I am so positive.
