Pls could someone help with a solution ????
Except waiting the file to be returned here is the details :

1-What will happen if you are sure that your file will return because you missed a signature on RES.CALC , as you know the new low will be implemented on June 19 , and CIC will send you back your file for in complete , when you send it back to them are they going to consider the first time sending date or the second time after completing the incomplete part ? Pls explain in details .

2- Can I re-send a new full application immediately instead of waiting the old one to be returned ? If yes can you tell me what to attach as a fee proof ,the old proof or need to do a new one ? Also in the part did you apply for citizenship before what to say yes or no ? And shall you attach a letter explaining why you did that or no ?

3- from your experience how long it takes them to send it back yo you for incomplet ?

Sorry I know the questions are to picky but I appriciate if you could give me a solution as you know the new law Will be unforced within a short time frame ,and I just sent the application 3 days ago and yesterday I reliezed that I didn't sign the RES .CALC plus I need to travel for immergency of sick parent , I feel that there is 2 parallel highways in my mind I appriciate if you could help me with this and many thanks in advance .

1. They will consider second date. The CIC needs a COMPLETE application before the implementation date. So if the applicants misses a sign for some other detail, he/she CANNOT apply for another year.

2. You can resend all the necessary form with the ORIGINAL payment receipt. I'm not sure but wait for others to confirm.

3. Incomplete applications can usually take from 1-3 months.

1) Unfortunately they will consider the 2nd time.

2) I think you should talk to CIC agent about it. In my personal opinion I think you can send only residence calculator again; but write a letter to inform CIC of your situation and also mention your client ID. I hope it wil work. Good luck

This law gives another OPPORTUNITY for the CIC to DENY ELIGIBLE applicants, based on any minute missing detail (Denial for whole 1 year).

In my opinion CIC will be actively out there to send back as many applications as possible so that they can improve the processing time numbers so that they can look good.

Wouldnt the CIC be glad to send back as many applications as possible so that they dont have to process them?

2. Yes, you can send a second complete copy, this time making sure that everything is done correctly. Send a copy of the original payment. Of course, you would not want to pay the fee twice!

While it *may* be possible to just send the corrected Residence Calculator, the practice of CIC seems to be to return the entire application if something is incomplete. Therefore, if the OP just sends the Residence Calculator, the first application may be in the process of being returned, and they could pass each other in the mail. So, I think it safer to just send a whole new application.

Of course, it may be best to wait and see if the original application is returned before doing anything, but the OP mentioned that he doesn't want to lose any time (with the new rules approaching) and will be travelling.

The best course of action is to, RESEND the SECOND COMPLETE set of the citizenship package with the ORIGINAL payment receipt without any delay. It should be done ASAP, unless the OP doesnt care when he/she receives citizenship.

Also call CIC and ask under General inquiries, what is the suggestion of CIC?

It doesnt take too long to to sent u back the application they sent my application 18 dayz after they resecived it .ask for my passport copys . So u can give them a call wait coz if u sent them 2 application they may get confouse .. Its up to u

But if you wait for 18 days or some, the laws may change in the meanwhile. Then you may have to wait for next year to apply, unless you have 4 years of residency.

You can check with CIC, but these are my thoughts:

If you were sure the original application was being returned, I would say to check NO, since the original would not be entered into the system. However, since you don't know for sure, I would have to say that you should check YES and write 2015. Then, next to the box, write with a pen: SEE ATTACHED NOTE.

On a separate piece of paper, type: "Note re: Question 2. I originally sent an application on 2015-xx-xx, but forgot to sign and date the Residency Calculator. I am submitting this application in its place. Please disregard the first application and process this one."

I am not making a recommendation one way or the other on IF you should submit a new application before the old one is returned. I'm just suggesting what to do if you have already made up your mind that you are submitting a second application.

usually when application is incomplete, cic returns it within 2 weeks or upto 1.5 months. If you can wait until it returns then well and good and if you can't wait, just resubmit it.
