PLS HELP. WHENEVER I PUT MY DETAILS ECAS IT FAIL

Hi forum members I have problem using ECAS to check my application status.
I put in for MPNP and got my
LOA in march 2014
UCI and file number in Oct 2014
Medical and RPRF in July 2015
I have paid for the rprf and done the medical and I also get an acknowledgment from my VO of updating my application with the information provided. At this stage I only communicate through mail but I have use the ECAS last year and it says IN PROCESS. But whenever I try using it now it says detail not known. Please what can I do or its normal.

Are you sure you've got all your details correct? Are you logging on with your file number or your UCI? Are you selecting the correct identification type from the drop down? Have you got the day/month around the right way?

If you're absolutely sure that all your details are correct and it used to work previously but now it doesn't, then nobody here is going to be able to help. You'll have to call CIC and ask why your login doesn't work.
