Pls help..very urgent...Loan help..any bank reference..pls help

We need to take education loan against FD of Rs. 10 lakh for graduate certificate course for my sister. No bank is issuing loan letter. Can anybody help us out please if anybody knows any bank manager or any other person in bank in Delhi who can issue loan against FD in 1-2 days. Her visa will be delayed otherwise..pls help us...

Hi mate,

Go to "Central Bank of India" and tell them that you need loan against FD of Rs. 10 lakhs...they will help you out but never tell them that you will not use the loan.
