Hello !!!
This forum is big help to all of us, especially for me , I have some questions , hope you will help me guys and give me some tips and ideas…, I’m just worried abt my application. Don’t know the status yet. Anyways , I have passed our application under SINP last March 2010 and received an email letter frm Canada /Saskatchewan Immigration last October 2010 and stated that my application was denied due to some reasons, first, my employer was back out and the second one I have a problem with my husband’s documents, actually I did not included his docs b’ coz we are separated for one year and we don’t’ have a legal documents to show –up regarding our separation , because here in the Philippines , filing of legal separation or annulment will just coz a lot of money and a very long time processing… and now my sister in Saskatchewan tried to help me to find another job to re-apply under the SINP again and luckily she got a new job offered for me. . and last February 2011 , we submitted directly to Saskatchewan all our Documents including my 2 sons and my husband documents but we made an explanation letter that my husband will not be included in our application because he has a live-in partner already and they live together for one year and 5 months but my husband is willing to cooperate in our application that’s why he signed all the forms that required his signature & he also signed an affidavit of consent that I can bring with me and allowed my two sons to live and migrate in Canada.. (the age of my two son is 6 and 3 years old)
guys , would it be possible to pass under the SINP in this kind of situation? Pls p.. plss help me.. thank you to all of you in advance…. God Bless!!!

I believe all will be ok, remember to tell the true all the time and if you feel an explanation is needed forward it along with the application.

They are humans too :D
