Hello everyone!
Can u pls help me? I am an employer and sponsoring someone from the Philippines to care for my Grandmother, but denied her visa due to accomodations. can I reappeal it?

If you were denied due to accommodations - then this generally means you don't have enough rooms in your apartment or house. You can certainly apply again. However there is no point applying again unless your circumstances have changed (i.e. you have moved to a larger apartment or house). How many family members do you have? How many rooms do you have?

Not enough information. Who are the three adults? Are two of them spouses/married? Who is the third adult? An adult child or other family member? Are you including your grandmother in the count of three adults or not?

did u applied her as live-in caregiver? It seem to me that you dont have enough bedrooms. I suggest to try to apply her as live-out caregiver. I just dont know the process of live-out as this is new. Just try to call cic about it and ask whether its you as an employer should find a place for her before her arrival.

3 adults. me and my husband and our newborn son who stays with us in one room plus my grandmother. Yes, i applied her as a live in caregiver.
