PLS HELP Separated(not legally) divorce in view

Hello everyone. A friend of mine has been holding off on submission of ITA due to on going divorce proceeding . Divorce was filed in June , will most likely finish 6 months from now. I advices her that she can submit with the following documents

1. Affidavit of separation (notarized ) this will enable her to mark legally separated instead of married and for going medicals' and PCC

2. A letter of declaration stating that she has no plans to sponsor him ever under spousal visa
3 A letter from her lawyers stating that she has filed for divorce attaching divorce petition and record of court proceedings' to show non presence of her spouse .

is there any other document she can add to make her case go smoothly. I would like to add that she has a Child

Canada doesn't have "legal separation", so an affidavit of separation is not needed. The fact that she has filed for divorce is proof of separation. IRCC may or may not request proof that the divorce has been finalized before approving her app.

She will need permission from the father for the child to immigrate or full custody from the courts.

thank you. Getting a letter would definitely not Br possible as her spouse refuses to speak to her. Can she state in a LOE that she is in physical custody of the children and that her spouse has not not filed any document to oppose the divorce petition for which one of the grounds is full custody.

No. Without permission from the father, she will need to wait for the court to actually grant her full custody.
