So you landed when your status is single and left to get married right?

Yes when landed I was single then i completed landing formalities and I then Icame back to home country and I got married

Well at this point, there should be no issues on not sponsoring her that I would know about because you landed as single and then got married. So its really up to you if you really want to sponsor her or not. But when you come back, you'll need to fill out the forms as married at the airport

Okey does it mean when I will come back to Canada then I have to declare her as my spouse , right ?

Once spouse added as a family member then it's up to spouse ( residing in Canada ) to sponsor wife ?

You have no obligation to sponsor her. So you would do nothing.
