pls help me to take a proper decission

Dear All,

I have applied for FSW and done medical on 22 Feb 2012. I am working in muscut and my husband work in india, so we have take medical seperately in muscut and india. I was pregnent on that time, but i completed all medical formalities. Now we have a son, so we updated our file and received medical for him. His medical done in india Sep 2012.

Now the time to renew my oman visa, so we ask the highcommission to return our passport for the same. That time we got an information from our agent that they didnt receive my medical thats why my visa not done. I send all the supporting documents to prove that i have done medical on time the same has been received in delhi.

We have received the passport from them without any message.

So, after the oman visa renewal, i have approached the agent to resubmit our passport for PR. Now the agent saying that in my husband medical have some problems. Now our medical expired.

We are calling daily to the agent for any updation, now almost one month completed, but they are not giving any proper answer.

In this situation what we can do for next. We have strggle a lot for the processing. Now we dont know how to move forward. Please help us to take a proper decision. We are thinking to cancel our file, before that we are asking for guidence. Thanks all

Talk to your agent about what the problem is. If there is any problem in the medicals, then re-meds are done. If your agent does not help, write a letter to high commission about the problem and probably remove your agent from the file and deal directly with visa office. Believe me, agents have no control over processing of the visas and they cannot mess up with your case. If you need to get medicals redone, do it and complete your processing. No need to withdraw the application as, I believe, you already have put much effort and money into it.

The problem is agent not giving proper answer, first they said my medical not received in embassy, then i provide all the supporting documents that i have done medical on time. After that they create another story that my husband medical have some problems. He done his medical on 21 Feb 2012, till now we dont have such information from embassy. If we ask the agent, they just saying no updation and cutting the phone. Now how we get proper status about our case.

Talk to your agent about what the problem is. If there is any problem in the medicals, then re-meds are done. Contact the doctor who did the medicals and ask them if there was a problem or not. If doctors confirms there was no problem, then you talk to agent. If he does not listen, you contact directly the VO. There should be any correspondance from the VO regarding problem in medicals.

Not sure why the agents do like this.

If it is not solved, write a letter to VO and clarify things what is going on.

dear All

few days back i got the email from london (UK) canada office they ask me to send us your passport copies as your case is in final stage of processing and pakistani law does not allows you to send your passport to our side the country, so u just mailed us photo copies of your passport. i did the same i mailed them copies from last 14- days but did got back any response from there side....
is there some one else going to the same face then plz let me know how long will it take to respond???
