pls Help me ,Senoritabella or other senior members: Re LMO

I currently work for employment agency and wonder if they will be eligible to apply LMO for me. I will send out my CEC application around june or july 2012 and my work permit will expire in august 2013, so i will have only 13months left om my pgwp. pls advice

if they r willing to apply for LMO they should not have any problem. LMO takes about 6-9 weeks. CEC application takes 15 months but usually its finished by average of 10-12 months. so u have plenty of time if ur work permit expiring in Aug 2013. and u r applying by this july right? u should b alright..

If the employment agency is your employer(i.e. paychecks & T4s come from the agency), I don't see why not. Contact service Canada for more information. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/work/employers/lmo-basics.asp

CEC applications are being processed in about 10 months, even less in some cases, so you can save yourself time by submitting a complete application the first time.
