Pls help- GIC Account

I have applied for GIC account on15 April but no response. Pls tell me the maximum time taken by bank for opening account

It took me exact 15 WORKING DAYS (exclude weekends and easter holidays). I don't know the present scenario but u should get it by first week of may.

Did you deferal your admission or change college?

I had the same situtation.I tried to open second account.
They will not open 2 accounts for the same person.What saved me is that i took printout of my details wheb i got reply from scotia bank in oct 2013.
send then an email to get details of your first account.

Dont forget to check your spam folder. For me, it was generated in 3 days but I didnt realize it until i checked my spam folder after 7 days T.T

I have uploaded documents according to the standards accuratly on last friday i.e on 11/7/2014 today is 17/7/2014. I bit worried because i am trying for sept-14. Am i too late in this process or i will get through!!

Please guide me if anyone has any clue. I am yet to pay i will pay as soon as i get my GIC account number. I will pay the one year living and colg fee together then after i need to start my visa process. Correct me if i am wrong.

i applied on 10/7/14, n got the details today 17/7/14 at 7 pm. I hope u will get it by tomorrow/day after tomorrow/today
