Seniors!!! pls help!
I am going to be the principal applicant for fsw program and i am going to get married in december, however i would like to add my fiance as spouse. We shall do a court marriage early to submit the marriage proof. I have the following questions:
1) Will my spouse hav to give ielts?
2) will his certificates and degrees need to get attested?
3) initially i can begin the application and produce the marriage certificate in the later stage of the application once ECA arrives?
4) I have a bachelors from university of mumbai and masters from USA. All my graduation marksheets need to be attested by Mumbai university?????? Pls help. Or can these be sent to the attestation body appointed in canada for ECA.
5) we are working in Dubai right now so it is better to file from dubai or india?
Pls advise.
