Hello everyone,
My husband (dependent applicant worked about 3 years in telecom company, changes positions within the same noc, (engineer, senior engineer, lead engineer and etc). NOC is the same. In the application we placed each position and same company, now we are asked to upload 3 employment records.

I doubt the HR department will do that. They have provided us with 1 reference letter listing the positions held within the company (period, salary and etc, and the duties/responsibilities for the most recent position.

Now what do we do?

Do we submit same letter in all 3 places to upload, or go and try to negotiate with the HR department?

Also, pls advice if the reference letter is 2 pages (1 page in native language, second in English), but letter head is on the top of the first page, while the signature of HR person and the stamp of the company is on the second, will that suffice??

Is the signature of immediate required?

We are not awarded any points for my husbands work experince in home country, but they still require. what the heck! please help!!!

I am the main applicant. I have worked in 3 positions within the same company on the same NOC. I requested the company to provide reference letters for each and they have already issued them to me.

If the positions are within one Company and one NOC number then you stick It in work history in one entry. Provide the latest position, which he hold and Then on Reference letter etc the employer needs Just to mention that he was working on specific positions during specific Time with specific salary etc.

I get this, but when we were submitting EE application, it said position-company-dates, so we listed 3 positions, and the I am guessing the system accepts it as 3 different companies.

Also what do they mean by "period", is that company/employer, or position?

I would suggest you ask your HR department to write all 3 positions in the letter; if they refuse to do so you can prove it through your salary changes, benefits etc. and write letter of explanation(with email conversation ) that your company has refused to provide the detailed reference letter .

I have that 1 letter, now I am planning to ask them to make 3 letters out of it. Otherwise I will just upload same letter in each employment period, and explain in LOE. I am not sure if I should be worried about this, because I am not claiming any points for my husband work experience since it did not take place in Canada.

Because it is CIC, I am guessing the system cannot read into that the same company is listed, it understands it as different companies. that is why the whole confusion.

My WE is easier since no change of position, only company.

If you are not claiming aby points from that then this work goes to personal history. In work history you should putt only work, which you are claiming points.
This should spare you unnecessary work:)

Agree .. if you are not claiming any CRS points for spouse work experience , then do not provide any work experience; just say NO. Provide all the details in Personal History but not in Work History. But do mentioned same in Letter of Explanation that you have answered Work History for your Spouse as No as you are not calming any points for same but have provided all the details in Personal history.

I have done exactly same thing as getting all the reference letter in correct format was difficult for my spouse and many senior members suggested this to me and i did that. Many folks did same things and it saves you lot of current and future trouble.

If the same letter mentions all the positions and duration, what's the problem is uploading same letter for entire duration? The duties are going to be same for all positions anyways.
