i am master degree holder , but do not have a certificate.i have passed the exam of post graduate before 2 years but dont have complete the thesis.
now, i have completed the thesis which is not old than 1 year (just now)
i m interested for canada FGHWC category
can i be the eligible or not .
if yes in which NOC

Age?
Adoptability?
Language(IELTS/TEF)?
Work Experience?
Arranged Employment?
