if a person got work ( by LMO ) permit for 2 years

I knew from this forum that they have two way to get PR: SINP or CEC.

so my question is : after applying sinp or cec if the result don't come in between the 2 years work permit validity.
then the person need to apply again another visa or as because his application process gong on so they can stay Canada legally.

kindly reply.

They need to apply again for another visa.

You need to apply for a renewal of Work Permit if for the same employer, if you are planning to change the employer, the new employer has to get a positive LMO and then you have to apply for a work permit.

VISA is required only to get in to the country, once you enter, if you want to continue working, you need to get your work permit renewed.

Here's another solution:
Apply for a bridging work permit. Check this link http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/manuals/bulletins/2012/ob485.asp

To be eligible for a bridging open work permit, the applicants must:

Currently be in Canada;
Have valid status on a work permit that is due to expire within 4 months;
Have received confirmation from CIC that their permanent resident application is eligible under one of the four Economic Classes (FSWP, CEC, PNP and FSTP), and;
Have made an application for an open work permit.

I was thinking to stay with my employer bcz I have two years contract with him

I was also thinking to apply sinp in between six seven month, so in that case I have 1.5 years remaining workpermit , wish in between I will get my sinp

Also

Same time I was thinking to get one year experience to apply Cec

Can anyone tell me my idea is ok or not
