Hey Guys

Please assist on this.. I have a multiple entry visa to canada till august 2012, i got this visa when i applied for student visa / permit last time. I went there and i felt the studies were not so good and i discontinued and came back to india and started working in india as usual..

I have to go to canada personally for a month in the month of december.. I have a valid visa till aug 2012, but can i go in the visa which i am holding at present???

If immigration questions, what kind of question it will be and can i travel as a visitor in the visa which i am holding at present???

Which University or College you had joined and what course ? How long did you stay there? I think you got stamped on your passport for arrival and departure date. Is it true? Answer me, then I can tell you what to do .

I joined HUMBER in the month of jan and went for 1 week classes.. I felt that the money which i am spending for the course is not worth and i had left the course and got the refund..

Now i am back to india and i am working at present.. However, i have my student visa multiple entry valid till august 2012

Can i go back to canada in december for a month?? If immigration questions, how can i manage??

You have valid Visa to travel. Be careful,when you face immigration.Can you tell me why you are going back to Canada ? so, i can guide you .

i don't think so....coz when u applied for refund colz asked u for return ticket or if u going to another college they ask u for letter of acceptance...once u show them return ticket, most of colleges informed to CHC about this....so b carefull
