PLS ADVISE URGENT!!

hi guys,

i just wanna share my experience and kindly advise me which is the best thing i can do. I applied my TWV last Feb. 2012 but unfortunately i was refused bec of my answers from d VO. The reasons of my refusal are
1) I AM NOT SATISFIED THAT D EMPLOYER HAS DEMONSTRATED COMPLIANCE W/ FEDERAL OR PROVINCIAL LAWS REGARDING EMPLOYMENT OR RECRUITMENT IN D PROVINCE HERE U WILL B WORKING
2) D INFORMATION U PROVIDED @ UR INTERVIEW DID NOT ALLAY MY CONCERNS THAT U HAVE CONCEALLED AN UNAUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE & THAT U PAID ILLEGAL PLACEMENT FEES TO THIS REPRESENTATIVE.
So my problem now is, i want to get my money back from d agent and the agency from Canada so i tried 2 call them and follow up what happen to my money coz i send already d refusal letter from embassy to d agency but now d agency is telling me that they didnt receive any money from my agent so i was thinking how can i get my lmo without paying anything my agent. I know they are both playing with me so pls kindly advise me what are the possible actions i can do just to get back d money i paid 2 them.?

Looks like your LMO was as fake as your agent. The only thing you could possible do is try getting in touch with the employer in Canada to find out if the LMO is authentic and if they are really interested in hiring you. But the employer was probably fake as well. Other than that, you might have just lost your money. Very sad.

yeah ur rigth all of them are big liers. I already called this agency in canada but their keep saying that they didnt received any single amount of money from my agent who recruite me 2 apply there. And they said it will take 10 months b4 they will give me back the money and d deduction is 3000CAD after my refusal. Its very unfair coz i know some agencies they will only deduct 1500 CAD. So can u give me ur advise what are the options i can do just 2 get back my refund?

First, make a complaint about this agency to ICCRC. Here is the website and the complaints section. They will investigate and pass it all to Canada Border Services Agency as well. http://www.iccrc-crcic.ca/public/complaintsDiscipline.cfm

Secondly, I can't understand what this employer is telling you. Who are they? Where did this 10 months come from? Include this information in your complaint and exactly what they told you about the money. And include how much money you actually paid.

Yes, this kind of thing happens all the time. And I know legal recruiters who don't charge ANYTHING to workers if they are offered a job. The employer pays that bill. The only time a worker should be charged for anything is if they hire an authorized immigration representative to assist them with obtaining the work permit. Average cost for that is normally between $500 and $2000.

I got visa on March and it got canceled same month showing following two reasons

I understand that I hd link with UAE based agency and I paid placement fees, because agency find me employer in Canada. UAE agency ve another agency in Canada who find me employer .but I never keep in touch between employer and me. As well this Canada agency. Now I saw same employer posting job vacancy in job bank and I forward my cv to this employer mail. Employer surprise and sucked to see my resume and contact me what happen how visa cancelled .and now employer showing interest to me hiring again through direct hire not through agency employer wants to apply LMO for me and sending to me directly now my question is
if I apply work permit with same employer in abudhabi visa office what is the chances to approve work permit ?
But abudhabi VO told me if I apply genuine ill get 1st priority to approve visa
and one more question my visa was already cancelled in system in Canadian border and embassy but in my passport still not cancel .and embassy also not requesting for cancelled what can I do/ I still can apply another application for work permit ?
Some seniors advise me!!!
