Hi guys! I work as a teacher in a university and am applying for OOPNP under NOC 4011. I went to America to be a high school teacher through a teacher exchange program sponsored by a language organization in my country. My university kept the position for me and I still get basic salary from the university during my absence. Now I am back to the same position with the same job duty in the same univeristy. Now my question is
1. How to fill out the application forms concerning the part of working experience?
2006.9-present XX univeristy 2013.2-2015.1 XX High School
or 2006-2013.1 XX University 2013.2-2015.1 XX High School 2015.2-present XX University
Which one do you think is more reasonable?
2. My program was sponsored by a language organzation and they paid me the salary. My university still paid me basic salary because I still kept the position. The high school didn't pay me anything except for a $1000 compensation for housing. Which one do you think should be my employer? I have already asked the principal to write a reference letter for me before I left. Now the problem is, if this high school is not supposed to be my employer, does that reference letter still count? Got pretty confused now.
Thank u in advance for your help! Best of luck to all of you!
