Plese help me about medical exam

4 years ago , my brother sponsor me and my parents and two of my brothers ,,, when the our file immi. Accepted to sponsor us he written in file immigration just me and my parents only they want to come to canada , and written in thats file immigration the two of my brothers they want not to come after thats ,, the file accepted ,, and they tells us to pick up the medical exame , and we get this fourm ,, the surprise its state here they send it ( medical form) to all my family ( me and my parents and two brothers ) ,, and now i cant do any things ,,
The question states here.
Should we do the test to all my family .?
And does thats wrong to send to me all form to all my family .?

Non-accompanying dependents have to get a medical too. I think that would be the reason CIC requested a medical for the two brothers who don`t want to come - they are dependents of the principal applicant (your father, probably.)
