Pleqse help: Being considered under Ontario PNP through Express Entry

Hi guys,
I need some information and advice urgently.

I just received a new message in myCIC saying that Ontario is considering you for the provincial nomination through express entry and that i should contact ontario directly if i want to apply.

Can anyone please explain what does this mean if I do not have any job offer?
And where i can read more about this?

What should i do next?

Please help.
