I am 16 years old and i have got offer letter from cambrian college.Do i need to fill Custodian declaration form??is it compulsory??because my consultancy doesn't recommend that.They say presenting authorization letter signed by parents is enough..pleaseee rply

I guess you should fill it if you are travelling alone

I don't think the application forms are required to be notarized but you should contact CIC for further clarification
