my application for study permit is rejected embassy didn't return any documents to me only passport and refusal letter i received .
i want to apply again with cover letter what you guys say it will gonna be work or not and how to claim my all documents means ACCEPTANCE LETTER,EMPLOYMENT LETTER...ETC ETC ETC
 
well u better claim them.. email them and ask them to send u the documents.. re order and re organize ur dox and apply again i guess...
 
Drop them an e-mail with the application number and UCI indicated on the refusal letter and tell them that they haven't returned your documents.

What reason does the refusal letter give for rejecting your application?

Are you a dual national or do you have resident status in some other country (e.g. Saudi Arabia) or something?
 
yeh i am livng in saudi arabia for 10 yearz with residence permit not a national,,

I HAVE VALID RESIDENCE PERMIT DON'T KNOW WHY VO REJECT :(
 
Wait, did you apply from Pakistan, or Saudi Arabia? Because they prefer it if you apply from the country where you have been living and working most recently. So if you've been living and working in Saudi Arabia over the last year or two, you have to apply from there. They want this so that they have evidence of your employment prospects in the country from which you are applying (and hence can count on you returning).
 
Bro Contact the embassy asap with your reference no/file no or application no..
 
If your primary place of residence and employment in recent years has been Saudi Arabia and not Pakistan, your case will be much stronger if you apply from Saudi Arabia. If you still plan on applying from Pakistan (having lived primarily in Saudi recently), on your application, indicate your ties to Saudi Arabia and your intention to seek employment there on completion of your academic program.
