Where do i have to pay my RPRF (in or out of Canada )?
i am being sponsered by my Canadian wife,i am overseas,i have recieved letter from the Canadian Embassy:

This refers to your application for permanent residence in Canada. We require the following information and/or documentation in order to determine if you meet the requirements for immigration to Canada and/or that you are not inadmissible to Canada:
1) Pay the Right of Permanent Residence Fee (RPRF).
Right of Permanent Residence $ 490
The RPRF must be paid through the Case Processing Centre in Mississauga, Canada; fees cannot be accepted at the Embassy. Mail an international bank draft or money order in Canadian funds for the required amount, payable to the Receiver General for Canada to:
CPC-Mississauga
P.O. ox 3000, Station A
Mississauga ON L5A 4N6
The information and/or documentation that we have requested must be provided to us within 60 days of the date on this letter. If documents have been requested, please provide originals or certified true copies. All documents not in English or French must be accompanied by a certified English or French translation.
Subsection 16(1) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act states that all questions pertaining to an immigration application must be answered truthfully. The applicant must produce all relevant evidence and documents that the examining officer reasonably requires.
Please note that failure to provide the above-requested information and/or documentation within the indicated 60 day time limit means that your application will be assessed on the basis of the material on file. This may result in your application being refused. Any extension to the 60 day time limit must be requested in writing. You should not assume that any extension has been granted unless you receive a written notice from this office, approving the extension.
