Fake, report to the police if you can.

The immigration website looks very incoherent when you start looking at all the pages
Photos of the people on that website are stock photos
Google does not show enough information about that farm
CSQ are not given at random
That US company address shows a warehouse area
First phone number is from Laval, QC but for an US company, impossible
That second phone number is for Montreal, QC not Oka
Both of the domains are only few months old

It is fake... nobody send you a contract without a previous conversation and negotiation. With only that fact, doubt. A CSQ requires a process in where you are also involved, companies do not advance in a CSQ process without let you know. This must be a virus or pishing attached in that email.
