Please valdiate final docs checklist.....sending within a week

Dear Friends and Seniors,

I will be sending the final docs to CHC NEW DELHI,Below is the list of document which i will be sending...Please give your advice and suggestion for any change in DOCs needed.
• Copy of complete Passport of Husband/ Wife/ Children
• Six Photograph each with white background
• Original Police Clearance Certificate of Husband/Wife
• Photocopy of Marriage Certificate
• Original Letter of CANADIAN HIGH COMMISSION or Copy of email
• Photocopy of Children Birth Certificate
• Copy of PAN CARD & I T Returns of last three years
• Copy of FDR attested by Bank Manager & Certificate from Bank Manager as per attached format
• All Education Documents of Husband / Wife complete education with all detail Marks Cards & Certificate.
• Extra Activities Certificate during study
• Original Experience Certificate of Husband / Wife with appointment letters
• Contact Numbers (Husband, Wife, & Employer)
• Original IELTS Report
• DD of Rs. 22340/- for Principal applicant, spouse & Dependent Children of Rs.6100/- In form of CANADIAN HIGH COMMISSION
Payable at NEW DELHI (If Applicable) & kindly confirm from our office before making the Demand Draft

• Salary Certificate Original.
• Any Promotion Letter from Department.

Hello mate,
Original Experience Certificate of Husband / Wife with appointment letters

why are you sending these as originals ? I dunno about the actual requirement about new delhi but there are cases on this forum when someone did not received their originals back and someone does receive it back.

If possible send notraized copies unless asked for originals.

I am from London CHC office and only originals asked to me as PCC,IELTS, POF and Employment reference letter.
I would suggest you to be lil extra carefull before sending any originals unless asked for..

dont send original degree certificate or original experience certificate, rest of docs send original if you have, like PCC.

For Sending Docs to New Delhi this is what you need.

Cover Letter
All forms send to CIO
AOR from CIO
Check List
Notarized copy of Birth Certificate -Self
Notarized copy of Birth Certificate -Spouse
Notarized copy of Marriage Certificate
Notarized copy of Birth Certificate of Child
Travel History for Principal Applicant and Spouse
Photocopy of all pages of Passport for all included in application
Notarized copy of Professional certificates
Notarized copy of degrees,
Notarized copy ofclass Xth and XII th Certs and all marksheets
Sealed Transcripts for Degree courses for Self and Spouse
Notarized copy of All Appointment letters for self and spouse
Original Reference letter along with business card for self and Spouse
Original Police Clearance Certificate
Proof of Language Proficiency (Original IELTS Result)
Proof of Funds
Bank Statement or FD certificates
Payment to CHC (RPRF)
Photos -6 with Name and DoB and date on which photo was taken

The RPRF fees is to be paid when CHC asks ,after reviewing ur documents CHC asks for RPRF,Medicals and passports.
Dependants below 18 years of age need not pay RPRF fees.
IT returns to be submitted only for self employed business person.
Original reference letters should contain details about job duties, annual salary ,period etc
According to my understanding , salary slips,it returns etc is not reqd as per the Newdelhi document checklist. U can submit them as additional documents, but doesnt matter to CHC if u donot submit it.

Proof of Funds- Submit the latest Bank confirmation certificates in original with latest dates.Payment to CHC (RPRF)- your choice now or later at the time of medicals.

Salary slips are reqd, but IT returns are not reqd...

I have paid 65000 INR through demand draft when i have send my Initial Application to NOVA SCOTIA.

Is this part of RPRF,OR I have to make another payment.

Hi,

May I know y u sent 65,000 INR at taht time.

It should be 550$ for one person.

and RPRF Fees (490$=21,440 INR per person) is while sending docs to CHC or when requested by CHC.

Update to above comments .Marriage certificate is always submitted in original..Asper checklist it is written Marriage certificate it is NO WHERE mentioned that Original certificate is required ...IF CHC require original or Notorized they had clearly mentioned ...NOTORIZED copy of Marriage Certificate is enough...correct me if im wrong

Marriage cert is not needed in Original. If you read the Visa specific trequiremement it clearly say submit notarized photocopies unles mentioned Original.
