please Urgent Help..Profile re created but facing issues with job bank

Friends..I just re-created my profile few mins back to get eligibility for OOPNP and I have received message in My cic for job bank registration..
But I don't see any job seeker validation code or express entry profile in that PDF...both fields are blank..

so I tried to register with job bank with express entry profile and job seeker validatin code last 4 digits of passport..but system is throwing error like express entry profile number or job seeker validation code is invalid.

Is any one facing similar issue?

for old profile,I deactivate both job bank profile and withdrawn express entry profile.

another issue is tha,after creating new profile system showing only criteria met for CEC ,earlier i met cretieria for both CEC and FSW..not sure what's wrong.

Please help me guys to sort out this issue...

Try with a new GC key and new mail id.

So we just can't edit our old job bank account by adding a new Express Entry profile number and a Job Seeker validation code?

No you can't my friend. You need new email address and GC key respectively.

Hi I deactivated my old job Bank account and created a new EE profile with the old cic account and go key.Before deactivating I changed the email I'd of my job Bank.Can I open a new job Bank account .
