2010-2014 diploma in mechanical engineering
(applied for student visa for canada and rejected for 22 backlogs)
then i started my bachelors from first year as a fresh start
2014-2018- Bachelors in Mechanical (7.0 CGPA untill now) i am in last semester
No backlogs in B.E
I.E.L.T.S- 7,7,6,6,- 6.5
can i apply now?

i have few question and one request.
wouldn't they consider my bad academics in diploma?
and on this profile ......can i take admission in university rather than going to college?
and i request you if you help to give SOP preference to make my file strong.
