Hello, I submit my application this March and got my RN recently.

Up to the date I make I application, I have 3 years and 10 month work experience and I estimate my English ability to 3high and 1 moderate in my application form, the total score is 68 with the estimation of language score. I did not submit any language proof when I made this to Sydney.

But there is a problem with my english ability, I can only get 2high and 2 moderate according to my last test however my work experience will be increased to 4 years this months. If new experience can be taken into account, my total score will remain at 68.

I wonder will the work experience be regard as 4 years? should I take another ielts test to get a 3high 1moderate score as I estimate it in my initial application?

I think you should give IELTS one more time as you have mentioned in your initial application that you english language proficiency is .... so they will count your points on that basis rather than counting 1 more yr in your work experience.

Seniors can tell better.

Yes, you will get the point for Work experience of 4 years, It is 21 Points.

Note the date of sending your full document and count your total work experience years according to that date, If it is more than 4 years, you will get 21 point for that.

You can take IELTS again and again to get better result.

I advice you to target the below minimum score in IELTS result.

Listening 7.5 band
Reading 6.5 band
Writing 6.5 band
Speaking 6.5 band

If you target high then you can reach on required score

Hello, I perhaps will have no more time to prepare an ielts test to get a better score, if I can only provide a score of 2high 2 moderate, and my work experience will be counted as 21 points as you said, will my application be approved? Is there any possiblities for them to reject me for this reason?

Hi
Adjust you working experience to 4 years and fill the ielts grade based on your result and submit your application since your point is above 67.
Good luck.

Yes, Send your full documents....

You have already scored 67 or above, with the help of your 4 years work experience and current IELTS result. Your file will be approved.

I advice you to take IELTS again and try to score more in exam for your safety. You can send IELTS score anytime(after 3 months) before visa office/officer take decision on your file.

Changes are in place. Will my application be affected?
Since you submitted your application in March, it shouldn't be affected.

But ... even if you had not submitted your application to the CIO, you would have been still ok :) as you are an RN which is still one of 29 eligible NOC codes* (unless you have an AEO), use the new checklist, and send all the documents to the CIO from the very beginning. So, you would have been ok too (as long as you applied quickly before the caps were reached)!

Good luck!

* The list of NOC codes is at http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/apply-who-instructions.asp

Thanks!

I am sorry I do not quite understand what you mean in the second option. My job code is not on the currently list so I do not agree if I submit my application after 26th June. RN is a result from CIO, my current job code will not be qualified from CIO assessment.

Oh! I misunderstood then, RN means registered nurse ... so when you said you had gotten your RN I thought you had graduated with a nursing degree and were a registered nurse in which case your NOC would be on current list of 29. If that's not the case, and your NOC code is not on the new list then you should be VERY happy to applied back in March!
