Hi, I need help in allocating NOCs on the basis of following duties and responsibilities from two different companies
Company 1: Company is into Management consulting.
Application of secondary research tools such as internet search and databases like Factiva,
Hoovers, Bloomberg, IDC for building up a pipeline of prospective companies.
• Business Research to identify potential companies to target and Using email, telephone calls to
defined geography to qualify/shortlist potential clients Research on wide variety of sectors to
prepare marketing collaterals and teasers , thereby, Initiating the engagement process at the C-
level executives of European companies
• Conducting Sectoral research encompassing FDI Regulations, Key Players, Growth Driving &
restraining factors, Government policies, etc.
• Introducing company services offering, and understanding how company can multi-spherically
help clients in either setting up or expanding their operation.
• Creation and updating of Sales and Pre-Sales database related to Case Studies, Client Quote.
• Pre-sales support including lead generation, follow-up, preparation of Business proposals based
on client requirement, and preparing back-up for Sales team AND Responding to RFP’s and RFQ’s
• Engaging with potential client to ensure high level willingness. Take all first level calls and lead
discussions on service offerings
• Evolve strategic thinking to introduce new/innovative approach in acquisition of new clients.
• Collaborate with Business Development and Execution teams to develop high quality proposals
and / or presentations.
• Guiding and consulting prospects and clients on planning phase and implementation of new
horizons and new sectors.
Company 2:Company is into Market Research
Cold Calling the regions ; business line allocated. Generate leads/proposal and
revenue in region allocated
Sourcing and Mining the leads from various business directories and websites and
updating the same prospects on the Company CRM
Establishing contact with Key Decision makers to introduce the services offered by
the company and setting up appointments and conference calls for our Sales
Managers based in region. Attending sales call with Regional Managers
Team with sales partners to build pipeline and close deals
Independently manage pre-sales support function
Should be well-versed with all pre-sales support functions including designing,
launching and managing email/ telecalling/ direct mail campaigns, developing
prospect lists, and proactively creating business opportunities
Maintaining a reporting format to the Sales/Team director thereby building a
qualitative and quantitative performance measurement systems based on the data
available
Track and Report competition activities
