Please suggest me what type of category will apply to me for PR

Hello All,

Hello, I just have a question, whether am I eligible for Fed. skilled worker class or Candian Experience class? I'm from India and had 3 yrs experience in USA. I'm at Canada now in Workpermit (Intra-Company Transfer). Engineering degree holder, age: 38,Family with 2 kids. I came to Canada first time on 2009 May 11th to 30th Sept 2009 (4.5months) in WP (Intr company transfer). Last year I came on 01Apr2012 and I will be here till March 29th 2013 in WP (Intra company trasfer, Position: Mechanical Engineer). Will they consider as 1 yr Canadian experience since 2 or 3 days left to complete 1 yr this term.

I have more than 10 yrs experience as a Mech. engineer. Please suggest me what category to apply for me to apply PR?

Also, Please suggest me do I need to have a Lawyer or Consultants? Please suggest me a one at Mississauga.

I need to look on the eligibility and explore more.
General doubt: Since My WP end on March 2013, Will the Canadian employers consider me to provide offer letter to apply FSW class?
Since the visa also may take another month or so.
