I am looking forward to do Masters in Canada.
Below is my profile:
10th : 68%
12th: 65%
BTech from Computer Science: 63% - 2010 passout
IELTS score : 6.0
Work Experience: 2+ years (Java Developer)

I am planning for either Jan 2015 intake or May 2015 intake.

Please suggest me some universities or colleges in Canada that offers Masters in Computer Science.

Your profile is little week but still by all mean you can apply for the Masters.
Try to write a good SOP for your admission as you need it to submit along with your admission application. Don't try to copy even a single line from anywhere for your SOP because universities do check for plagiarism.

Universities you can apply are:

Uni of Victoria
Uni of Regina
Memorial Uni
Uni of Saskatchewan

You can even target some more good universities also but you need to find a supervisor from the faculty who is willing to accept you as his/her masters student. As your profile is low so your application wont be able to pass via normal admission procedure. So with his/her approval/recommendation, you will be able to get admission in those universities.

You need GRE too for admission in universities.
