using a lawyer or consultant can be quite expensive, plus it doesn't necessarily mean that your file will be given any preferential treatment. Applying for immigration is quite a simple process that you can do by yourself and save yourself some money. How ever if you still decide to use one, i know of a lawyer in montreal who goes by the name of peter (i have forgotten his last name now). Should you still want to go through a third party, i can try and get his coordinates for you.
