i gulf countries you will never get residency... or citizen ship... you are alwasy considered as a worked or immigrant... even your resident card is different. If you are muslim then you are good... because you will used to wear Burka etc... which is good and part of their culture,.. but if not you need to have separate id card for that as well... ceratin gulf countries you will have go to mosque... which i am not against etc.. but it depends if you are ready make such changes and always be considered as second class worker
