explain to them what your problem is it is very particular no one would know but them

Why don't you request your "worked hours" or record of employment(ROE) from the employer? You can also get the ROE from Service Canada.

thank you I got my ROE but only show the number hours until the period that i worked , doesnt show the period of hours that i was taking my parental benefits , i dont know if i can send my application to immigration .

thank you

you can call CIC and ask, but if you weren't working, you probably can't count the time as work.

Here ya go: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/contacts/call.asp

I found this on Service Canada's website: http://www.servicecanada.gc.ca/eng/ei/faq/faq_special.shtml#Who

"17. Can I work while I'm receiving maternity, parental or sickness benefits?
If you work while on maternity or sickness benefits, your earnings will be deducted from your benefits, dollar for dollar.

If you work while on parental benefits you can earn $50 per week or 25% of your weekly benefits, whichever is higher. Any monies earned above that amount will be deducted from your benefits, dollar for dollar."

Where you did not work for 10 months while on parental benefits, I do not see how you can count the hours. But you should confirm this with Service Canada though.

Did you receive supplemental payments from your employer?

hello thank you, not they didnt gave any supplement payment , only i took my parental benefits for 10 months and service canada only paid me 55% of my weekly payment but i dont know about the hours

we already did, ihabkal even gave you the phone number. No one is going to call it for you...
