please someone give advise to my query

hello all,
i am mohan from india. i am a btech graduate in computer science engineering and my academic aggregate is 68.78%.. coming to the point mine is a seven years degree with 15 backlogs from first 3 semesters..however, after self-realization i was determined to put my academic carrier back on track without any backlogs till the final semester in my college... this period is a major transformation in my life..now my query is if i am eligible to pursue masters/diploma in canada with my academic background or not?????? if yes please suggest me any universities or colleges.... because, i love to study in canada than any other country

Based on your academic background it seems that you won't be able to get an admit into a decent university but you can still try applying to some low ranking ones and give GRE to make your profile strong. If you want to pursue PG diploma then you may get an admission into a college but as far as university is concerned its really difficult. I suggest you apply to both - some low ranking universities (1 or 2 moderate ones also) and as well as some colleges..Hope you get an admit!!
