Please Sir,if CIC realized I just come back to Nigeria from another country and get ppr and send it out my passport ,will it make them not to issues the visa?

It doesnt matter if you were outside Nigeria or not. As long as you were not illegal where you were and didnt declare that in your background and address information check over the last 10 years, you are fine... They cant deny you a visa just because you were outside your home country, just make sure all of your documentation is accurate and truthful or else you can be denied for misrepresentation. good luck

Thanks bro I was considering travelling back to Nigeria befor my ppr,so I was worried if they will deny it just because I'm in another country, because I declared that I have been in that country, and I send them my police check from the country
