please share info regarding approval/refusal CHC chandigarh

after applying for visa within how much time you got the first response visa refused/accepted/medical?

is medical necessary for all cases?

is there any link with the time for the visa success? i mean after 1 month can they still refuse the visa?

it depends on visa officer ..wheather he ask you for medical or not ..
minu visa was rejected in 2010nov nd vfs told me that your medical is still valid ...but itz all on visa officer

my main concern is that with classes starting on 6th sept. kite visa reject na kr den with rejection "your course have already started" apne vallon tan 27th july nu apply krke socheya 15 days vich a jawega... i was patient a lot but hun tan patience ne vi back seat le layi a..

i don't know about other but lot of is on stake for this visa for me...

janab tusi tadeadline to pehla file submit kr ditti c...j sab document shi hoye ta zror visa denge..

@hksd hahahaha thanks for the encouraging words actly mere bro naal v same hoeya c... he had to have the letter from the university that its ok for him to join later... and he got the visa... but eh visa ne saala dimaag phycho kr ditta aa.. inna banda janani piche nai pagal hunda jinna ehne kr ditte... mahine ch te yaar janani v man jandi a hahahahaha

@jasjot singh 22 g har ek banda apne toh better lagda... meri saari family canada visa holder a except me and i have been refused visa two times (student visa 5 years ago) and tourist visa (1 year ago) with silly rejections... par fir bhi dil umeed nai chdta... i am doing all this because of my family union.

if you have options for further intakes then there is no problem at all even if they grant you visa after date of class starting date....
and medical is must in each case in India...
and don't worry you will have your visa this time...

My classes started on 5 Aug but i got extension for my course till september 26.
I have faxed this information to CHC 2 weeks ago with a request letter.Will it be
effective for my study permit application.

ofcourse it will be... if you have letter from the college/univ for late acceptance chc consider that and allow for sufficient time to stamp the visa... my personal experience says that...

there are so many ppl for whum dis visa matters a lot..nd i think maximum of us will be granted..we should nt think negative since negativity wont bring us anything..So guys think positive !! U have done ur side of work,,now let the VO and above all god monitor this..just be patient!!

22 ji ohna da dil khulaa hi hunda hai cuz dey r sitting there to Grant visa..They just have to keep check on some fraudulent ppl..I agree dat es naal genuine cases te v farak painda .But no one can help!
And waise v international students bring economy to their country..So they have to think twice before refusing..People from punjab submit a lot of fake documents and i have seen o many cases till now..So everyone out there ,jehde v bnde visa deserve krde ne dey will definitely get it!
