reason for refusal proposed studies r not in reasonable light of past studies n language abilities.
pls provide me a good sop to reapply

If you are planning on attending a university transfer program - this means that you eventually plan on attending university. If so, your IELTS scores are not high enough to be accepted to a university. I would start by re-doing the IELTS test and making sure you score at least 6 in each category (preferably 6.5). This will demonstrate that you have English skills strong enough to be accepted by a university program.
