So reapply. 10k is low per year but it seems your parents are using their savings for you to go to school in Canada. May red flag your dad’s account as you will have to justify how he added $16k.
How should i justify that, maybe sales of stocks? Or something else?please give me some ideas. Wait 10k per year living cost is low? That is what they state in their website though.

Only your dad knows how to justify adding $16k to his account. 10k is the minimum but costs much more in living expenses. Where are you living? Food, Entertainment, Books/school supplies, phone/interne….all add up. Canada is expensive.

Well honestly it was lent to him by a relative of ours. So..
oh my college is in morningside toronto so i think i the living costs would already drop seeing how it is in the outskirts of downtown and can i justify that i will be living with other students from the same colleges so shared rooms can help me reduce the cost?

He took a loan from a family member. Don’t know what OD loan is but sure.
Hey also what does it mean that i do not have sufficient documents to prove that I have availability funds in my mothers account though I provided a bank certificate as well as bank statement of past 6 months with a very consistent balance.

Because (not going back through all your posts) but the total of your program is high. Your mother is using all her funds for your studies so how will she live for those two years. VO looks at the amount of the program and your funds in total but takes into account how your parents will live if all funds are spent on you. Future income is not considered.

So I should be able to show funds enough for me as well as my parents living? I mean I have the bare minimum for the whole program and stay in canada so does this mean i will be rejected again?

I don’t know. You need to justify the large deposit to your dad’s account (loan from family member). All you can do is reapply with updates to the accounts. It is June and if for a sept program then consider deferral.

I know about the Morningside area in Toronto. It isn't as cheap as you think it is. Living in the suburbs away from the Downtown core means you are far from the subway system. If you don't need to go downtown too often, you're fine, otherwise half your journey will be by bus to the nearest subway station. Yes, you can get everything you need in your neighbourhood, but it may not be inexpensive. Factor in at least $1000 a month to cover your rent, grocery expenses, phone bill, transport and other living costs. That is all bare minimum, depending on what you buy and use and where you buy things from. It comes up to $12,000 a year. So double it, if your program is a 2-year program.

Many applicants think they can make up the difference by earning from part-time jobs. It is possible, but as a prospective student, show the visa officer that you have more than the sufficient funds available right now, not in the future. Attach all the financial documents and explain where the money came from. Consolidate all your finances in a document, attested by a Chartered Accountant who you know and trust. Explain each source to prevent misunderstanding. If you don't explain or provide sources, the VO will obviously question if the money actually exists, or if you will spend it at all.

To be honest, if possible, you should go for a immigration consultant to help you arrange all your docs, especially financial paperwork. From what i know, your financial docs seems to be confused. What you have to show to the visa officer is your family can survive after they pay for your tuition and cost of living fee in canada. How to make it legit, how to show your funds legally, etc.

Oh like a good annual income and other passive income should be enough right. Like a total of 60k cad and one year fee paid that should be enough right? Also, i am using an immigration consultant and they said, i had enough fund when applying last time too. Also should i consult an immigration service here from my country or from canada?
