Hi,
I am working as a Collection Supervisor(NOC 1212) in a leading collection company in Toronto and planning to send my application pakage by next week.

MY QUESTIONS:

1. Do I also have to send any other letter besides this?
2. I am also adding my job offer letter(promotion letter), is that OK?
3. Is this letter good enough or should it be more detailed?
4. I get health benefits such as Eye, Dental and medicine coverage. Do I have to include that in detail in this letter? or should I just send them a copy of my insurance paper or? or mention in a note?
5. Do I have to send the most recent pay stub or all pay stubs since I started?

Hey ,

here is my thought about your reference letter :

1. Do I also have to send any other letter besides this? Combination of this letter + copy of your contract that match your salary , your starting date and you job title + all of your pay stub + T4 for last year (this is important) + notice of assessment for last year
2. I am also adding my job offer letter(promotion letter), is that OK? Yes, its a good idea if you can also send your contract with your current company
3. Is this letter good enough or should it be more detailed? I don't know about NOC-1212 but make sure your responsibility match with that NOC ,however I think "Approximately 40 hours per week" is not good you should calculate the exact time I think this makes CEC officer confuse how many hours a week you working
4. I get health benefits such as Eye, Dental and medicine coverage. Do I have to include that in detail in this letter? or should I just send them a copy of my insurance paper or? or mention in a note? You don't need to submit your insurance but in the letter you can mention that you have extended health benefit such as ....
5. Do I have to send the most recent pay stub or all pay stubs since I started?submit all of your pay stubs

Thanks #Jamesfilm.

Anyone else?

Any senior or NOC 1212 holder???

I'm sending my application package by this week.

Please help!!!

The letter is very good, just the way it is. You don't need a promotion letter, contract, or paystubs. Since you are salaried, all the paystubs will be the same - you can submit a photocopy of the most recent one if you like. Include your NOA / T4 from 2013.

Hi Dream hunter,
it looks good, I applied under the same NOC. Did u check what the minimum pay is for the NOC at jobbank.gc.ca ? Do u meet the minimum requirement ?

Hi,
I saw the minimum wage per hour is 16.92/hr whereas I get $13.54/hr + Commission.( which is $1K-$2K/m based on my team's performance)

So I end up getting $3K+/M, though my letter indicates the basic salary which is $26,400/yr + Commission.
I had less experience so I had no choice but accept this offer.

Will that be an issue?
Please advise.

I am also thinking to exclude the promotion letter.
All my pay stubs are not same as I get commission end of every month and it varies every month based on the performance of my team. I have included 2 most recent pay stubs where my Gross earnings is $35279.93 and net pay is is $26951.70.(as of Nov 15)

NOA + t4 is included.

Thanks!
