Yes they can know about late complition of degree from marksheets but still there will be no clue about our no. Of backlogs because they are nowhere mentioned in marksheet.

Thanx for help .. About point 2 what should i write in sop about my late completion of degree? Actual reason was i was not able to give my all exam in last sem. Due to uncle death so should i mention that??

If I were the VO, I would definitely believe that you had a genuine reason for which you had to write the exams a little later than the usual..
Rest is your luck buddy. wish u the best.

But dont forget to write a strong SOP this time .. Please talk to Kour in this forum. She also had one rejection under SPP and reapplied in General.

Thanx bro for ur valuable feedback..so should i mention about my uncle's death in my sop and also my consultant is sayng that he will attach justification letter instead of sop .. But i m insisting on writtng sop as this tym i donnt want to weaken my case ..

ok, the good part about General category is: You can attach as many supporting documents as you want, unlike SPP.
This is why after some serious thinking I decided to apply in General category although I had GIC, Medical and First sem fee receipt.
So, feel free to add justification letter if your consultant thinks its good. but, also please do include the reason for all the reasons for rejection and write a strong SOP.

If u have like 2and half month then first of all apply for caips...it will gve u per fact reason with proper explanation....after u apply..
My visa was also rejected under spp and then I have applied in general after caips...
But still waiting 4 visa
I had applied for study visa under general category on 29thmay and still it shows under processing.
I have applied from mumbai vfs under general category...

No bro i dont have that much time as my visa got rejected on 8 june and if i know apply for capies it will consume nearly a month or more and course start date is 20 august and also its general so i had to apply at least a month before my course start date..

No bro i cannt apply for caips nw as it will take 1 month or more to come and my course start date is 20 august also in general it take tym to file process .. How much it take in your case for capis to come..

If you want to give a justification on why the delay in completion of your bachelors, then I think there is no harm in writing about your uncle's death...
